Kevin is a founding Director of KHR Properties Limited, with an extensive career spanning commercial property strategy, urban development, and long-term asset management across the United Kingdom and Western Europe. His investment philosophy is grounded in operational discipline — identifying assets with structural long-term value, managing them actively, and realising returns through patient, cycle-aware stewardship. Kevin has overseen the company's growth from a focused London property operation into a diversified European investment institution, leading major acquisitions, development partnerships, and capital structure decisions across the portfolio.
Michael Patrick Moran
Michael serves as Director with primary responsibility for KHR's investment operations, construction partnerships, and infrastructure expansion initiatives. With a background rooted in hands-on development management, Michael brings operational depth to every project — from initial site assessment and contractor procurement through programme delivery and asset handover. He has led the delivery of some of KHR's most complex mixed-use and urban regeneration schemes, building a track record of on-programme execution and quality-driven outcomes across multiple European markets.
Dave Moran
Dave specialises in acquisition strategy and portfolio performance optimisation. His market intelligence and analytical rigour inform KHR's disciplined approach to asset selection — identifying off-market opportunities, structuring competitive bids, and monitoring performance across the active portfolio. Dave works closely with the Directors on deal origination and transaction execution.
Marc Abraham
Marc's focus is on international partnerships and strategic development opportunities across European markets. His cross-border expertise enables KHR to access and execute on opportunities that require deep local market understanding, institutional relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Edouard Moran
Edouard brings expertise in asset structuring, investment analysis, and capital management. He works closely with the Moran family leadership on financial governance across the portfolio — ensuring disciplined underwriting, accurate performance reporting, and capital efficiency across all investment vehicles.
